Payment Policy for this package:

  • Upon confirmation of a reservation, we require a 50% deposit.
  • Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival using the credit card on file, unless otherwise noted by a guest.

 

Cancellation Policy for this package:

  • If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded less US$40 Cancellation Processing Fee.
  • If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the first 50% prepayment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, no refunds on the total reservation rate.
  • No refunds will be available for no shows, late arrival or early departure.
