Payment Policy

  • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to confirm a reservation.
  • Full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • Late Bookings: Bookings made within 45 days prior to arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.

 

No-show Policy

  • Reservations not cancelled in advance will be treated as no – show and are non-refundable.

 

Early Check-out Policy

  • When we receive your reservation, a room is assigned to you and removed from our inventory for the length of stay that is requested, thus early check – outs will not qualify for a refund of the unused days.

 

No Smoking Policy

  • Our Hotel Rooms are 100% smoke free.

 

Refund/Cancellation:

  • Full refund less a US$40 cancellation fee if cancelled more than 30 days prior to reservation check-in date. No refund if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
